【90 Days Challenge】- record

Week9: 2018/04/21~04/27

Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

困境會降臨,低潮會過去,我們得要學習與成長!
挑戰只會一再找上門!唯有充實自己才能無畏挑戰!
在承受挑戰的同時得保有感激,自己還有能力承受!
要知道大部分的能力與價值,都是被磨練出來的!
責任越大,能力越強!
有心改變,付諸行動,同樣重要!
渴望的力量將決定我們能有多強大!

The question must to be solved trough learning and growing.
Keeping enforce the ability to face the challenge.
We have been tested cause we have the qualification of being tested.
Training and practicing make the ability and value.
More responsibility make us more stronger.
Taking action with your mind makes the dream come true.
How powerful we are depends on how eager we are!
